McCrossan Bridget, 16 Ferguson Crescent, Castlederg, 18th June 2018. The sons, daughters and extended family of the late Bridget McCrossan wish to express sincere thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. To those who sent floral tributes, sympathy/Mass cards, telephone calls and messages of condolence, attended the wake, funeral and visited her home. Thank you to the doctors and staff of Castlederg Group Surgery, district nurses, social workers and all those involved in delivering care to Bridget over the years. A special note of thanks to the community care agencies, Derg Valley Care/Care Plus, Western Health Care Trust, and, more recently, Glen Caring, who provided Bridget with such excellent care that she was able to remain in her own home until her death, our heartfelt gratitude. Thank you to Father Colm O'Doherty, who attended Bridget in her last hours, for his help and guidance, for the thoughtful and personal Requiem Mass. To Bridget's grandson, Jonathan, and wife Helen for the music and singing, and everyone who participated in the Mass. To family, friends and neighbours who provided food and refreshments during the wake and in the hall following the Funeral Mass, for your help and support, we are truly grateful. We hope this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as an expression of our appreciation and deepest gratitude. Bridget's Month's Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 28th July at 6.00pm in St Patrick's Church, Castlederg.
