The family of the late Elizabeth Johnston, Kilcootry, Fintona, wish to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions of kindness and support shown to us during our recent sad bereavement. To those who sent sympathy cards and letters we extend our heartfelt thanks. A special thank-you to Doctors and Staff at Palliative Care Unit, Omagh, Fintona Medical Centre and Hospice Nurse. To Rev J Cowan and Rev C Deering for their pastoral care and support throughout Elizabeth's illness and for a most uplifting funeral service. Sincere thanks to J.H Anderson and Sons for the dignified and attentive manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. A special word of thanks to Craigavon Area Hospital ICU Unit for the care they provided. To all the Doctors and Nursing Staff that cared for Cyril over the years. Thanks also to Father McGinn, the Singer and Musician for the beautiful Funeral Mass, to 6th Tyrone Scout Leaders for the Guard of Honour and light refreshments and to all who participated in the Requiem Mass.     Rafferty Died 19th December 2018. The Family of the late Maureen Rafferty, wish to thank all those who sympathised with them and offered support during their recent sad bereavement. Thanks to the Ambulance Staff, Doctors and Nurses in Craigavon Area Hospital for their gentle care and attention to Maureen. Thanks to Father McGinn, who attended to her spiritual needs. Thank you to the Local Shop Assistants, especially Unice McCabe, who was kind and helpful to Maureen over the last few years. Thank you to the Priests of Dungannon and a special thanks to Father McCann for a touching and personal Requiem Mass. Thanks to the Grave Diggers and to Siobhan, Rory and Wayne for the beautiful music. We would also like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to Paudge Quinn for the caring and professional way in which he carried out all the Funeral Arrangements, and for the post Funeral Meal. The Months Mind Mass for Maureen will be celebrated on Saturday 19th January in St. Patrick's Church, Dungannon at 10am.

    Mallon Stephen, died 24th December 2018. Monica and Stephen would like to express a sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. We wish to offer a heartfelt thanks to our many Family, Friends and Neighbours who attended the Wake and Funeral Mass, visited our home and who provided support to us in various ways at this very difficult time. Thanks to those who sent Mass and Sympathy cards, flowers and messages of condolences. We are truly grateful to those who helped around the house, providing food and serving refreshments. We deeply appreciate all those who provided wonderful medical support and care for Daddy during the last number of years including Staff of Campbell Surgery, Boots Pharmacy (Oaks Centre), Acute Care at Home Service, STH Day Hospital, District Nursing, Community Teams and the various Medical Teams particularly the Staff on 2 South Stroke Ward at Craigavon Area Hospital and Paul and Frances at Dungannon Foot Clinic. We are indebted again, to the Staff of Loane House, STH, for their outstanding care and attention to us all in Daddy’s final weeks. A special word of thanks to Dr Craig for his compassionate and thorough management of Daddy’s needs over the last few years. We are also very grateful to all the kind, hardworking Carers who attended to Daddy in our home and keyworker Dawn Willis. We will always be indebted to those close Family and Friends who supported us and who ensured Daddy lived life to the full in recent years. Our sincere thanks to Fr McAnenly for officiating at the celebration of Requiem Mass with Deacon Tony Hughes and Deacon Paul Mallon who delivered a fitting and personal Homily and Fr McCallion who assisted at the Burial. We greatly appreciate The Very Rev Dean Donaghy, Fr McCann, Fr Slater and Fr Turley for their support over the Wake and Funeral. A sincere thanks to the Hanna Sisters for such evocative music which added so much to the Mass and to Peter Mallon for his wonderful piping. Many thanks to everyone who participated in the Funeral Service and to Rita ONeill, Peter McHugh and Ciaran Kelly who helped to prepare the Chapel and Grave. We are grateful to the Members of St Malachy’s GAC, Edendork, who formed a Guard of Honour and loaned chairs and kitchen equipment. Thanks to Paudge Quinn, Funeral Directors, for the professional and supportive way in which they carried out the Funeral Arrangements and for the lovely meal in Quinn’s Corner afterwards. As it would be impossible to thank everyone who helped we hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a small token of our deepest gratitude to all who have supported us in any way. The Month’s Mind Mass for Daddy and the First Anniversary Mass for Mummy (Una) will be celebrated on Saturday 19th January at 7.30pm in Edendork Chapel.

We would especially like to thank Doctors Garland and Gaffney for their kindness and support shown to Mummy and for all the Staff at Parkview Surgery, South Tyrone Hospital, Integrated Care Team, Julie Lewis, District Nursing Team, Respiratory Team and Thoracic Consultant; Doctor Chapman, Craigavon Area Hospital Staff, Good Morning Good Neighbour Telephone Service, Ann’s Home Care for all their kindness and care to Mummy. Special thanks to Boots Chemists and delivery services and Paul Donaghy’s Chemist. Thanks also to the local clergy; The Very Reverend Dean Donaghy in attending Mummy, Father McCann for officiating the Requiem Mass and Reverend Andrew Hegarty for his beautiful Homily. Grateful thanks to the Doctors and Nurses in 1 South and 2 South, Craigavon Area Hospital. The Staff in both Hockley Lodge and Rosemount Nursing Homes and to Doctor McConville of Moy Health Centre; Billy received the utmost care in his long illness. The Family would like to thank all the kind Friends and Neighbours who called at the home and sent donations and messages of sympathy, those who attended the Funeral or helped in any way. Thank you to the Ladies of the PW for the lovely tea provided in the Church Hall, Alison our organist, the Session and Committee Men, Mary our caretaker and the Gravedigger. Thanks to all the kind Family, Friends and Neighbours who helped us, brought food and worked tirelessly in the kitchen.
